A roster of motocross legends. The South Lawn of the White House. Fireworks overhead. The Nitro Cross Freedom 250 was the kind of moment the sport doesn't forget.

The Nitro crew rolled into Washington, D.C. and did something that's never really been done — putting dirt bikes on the South Lawn of the White House for the Freedom 250. And they didn't bring just anybody. This was a lineup of icons.

A Lineup Of Legends

Travis Pastrana (199) led the charge alongside a who's-who of moto royalty — Jeremy McGrath, Ricky Carmichael, Jarryd "Twitch" McNeil, and Haiden Deegan, with Greg Sayers rounding out the group. Decades of championships, X Games gold and freestyle firsts, all suited up in stars-and-stripes gear and lined up in front of the most famous house in America.

Legends. The South Lawn. Fireworks. A Freedom 250 to remember.

Between the patriotic kits, the fireworks lighting up the night sky, and a crowd of riders who have defined the sport for a generation, the Freedom 250 was equal parts celebration and statement: motocross belongs on the biggest stage there is.
